Did you know that the morale of your staff is a direct indication of their production?
Sounds strange, but it’s true.
Think about it… When you have a busy day and you’re feeling great about your accomplishments, your attitude about your work is much better than days when you felt you got NOTHING accomplished?

And what about rewarding your staff?

At the end of the day they will feel they have worth and value. When everybody gets the same trophy (high producers or low producers), you end up with mediocre staff. The low producers will maybe, sort-of work a little harder so they don’t look like a loser, but then the high producers will not be as encouraged to do a superb job for you and your customers.
